Minister Caplan, Ted Clarke, President of The Beer Store, and Minister Broten at the launch event. Clarke spoke about The Beer Store's long history of recycling in Ontario and its role in the new Deposit Return Program.

Roy Ecker, Senior Vice President of Retail Operations for the LCBO, served as master of ceremonies for the event and outlined the LCBO's role in the new "Bag it back" program.
